Starting a new year is daunting at times. I think I am overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of work, setting goals for the year, looking ahead to what I want to do and/or accomplish. The last couple of years I have tried to focus on Lamentations 3:21-23 “Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” God wants us to have HOPE! He wants us to get up each day and claim His promise of hope and mercy. He is true to His character and His faithfulness is great, unending and full.
I pray this encourages you as you begin the New Year, 2016.
